Adult Home Care Aide-HHA CNA

Here at BAYADA, you have the flexibility to choose where you want to work, who you want to work with, and the hours you want to work! We currently have openings for CNAs, HHAs, and Nursing Students to work 1 on 1 with our adult clients. Full-time and part-time schedules available, for both days and overnights! No experience? Ask about our HHA training program!

$17 - $20 / hour

We offer 24/7 on-call clinical support, so you always have someone to call if you have questions. Base rates up to $20.00/hour, Overtime rates up to $30.00/hour

Job Qualifications for our Home Health Aides or CNA’s:

• Minimum of one year work experience in any field (such as retail, restaurant, etc.)

• CNAs – current or expired CNA license from any state

• HHA’s Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency,

• Nursing Students – completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation

Job Responsibilities for our Home Health Aides or CNA’s:

Assist our clients with the following:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Bathing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Nail care

• Range of Motion exercises

• Ambulation

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
