Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Adult Speech and Language Therapist with specialist skills in dysphagia and voice to join a London-based service on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a varied adult caseload.

This position is ideal for a confident Band 6 or Band 7 clinician who is competent in the assessment and management of dysphagia and voice disorders, and who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:• Assess, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with dysphagia and voice disorders.• Manage a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload.• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with professional standards.• Participate in service development, audits, and clinical governance as required.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:• A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).• HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).• Proven experience and clinical competence in adult dysphagia and voice.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• The ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload effectively.
