Our Adult Day Services (ADS) program focuses on community inclusion, life skills, wellness, and meaningful daily activities that help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives.

Position Overview
We are seeking caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
to join our Adult Day Services program in Cincinnati. DSPs support individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with daily activities, community outings, and skill-building in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities and life skills

Assist with community outings such as parks, shopping, recreational activities, and events

Lead or assist with activities including games, arts & crafts, exercise, and skill development

Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served

Provide companionship and positive encouragement

Document services and progress notes as required

Follow individual service plans and behavior support plans when applicable

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Must pass background check

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to transport individuals to community activities (preferred)

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule

Monday – Friday (Daytime hours)

No overnight shifts

Compensation

Competitive pay: $16 – $19 per hour (based on experience)
