We’re now looking for a driven, charismatic, and commercially minded Ads & Promo Sales Specialist (Restaurants Enterprise) to join our team in Israel. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end Ads & Promotions journey for Enterprise restaurant chains and franchise partners, acting as a trusted growth partner who combines strong sales execution with deep restaurant industry understanding and analytical thinking.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers to turn performance data into impactful commercial strategies that drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape how leading restaurant brands grow on Wolt.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll manage the Enterprise sales cycle while working closely with Account Management and Ads teams to scale Wolt’s Ads and Promotions offering across restaurant Enterprise

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

• Own the full Ads & Promo sales cycle within your Enterprise portfolio, including opportunity identification, meetings, proposals and ongoing guidance and support

• Lead commercial conversations with restaurant Enterprise, franchisees, and senior decision-makers, building long-term strategic partnerships

• Create tailored advertising and promotion solutions based on merchant goals, operational realities, and performance data

• Extract, analyze, and interpret campaign results, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for sustainable growth

• Collaborate closely with local Ads and Enterprise teams, sharing insights and best practices

• Act as a knowledge partner by supporting, training, and motivating Account Managers to sell Ads and Promotions effectively

Our humble expectations

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within media, e-commerce, or trade marketing

• Proven experience working with SMBs; experience working with Restaurants or Enterprise accounts is a strong advantage

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive decisions

• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday)

• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with the restaurant industry, particularly working with restaurant chains, is an advantage
