About the Role:

Translation Empire is seeking an innovative and results-driven Ads Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of the role is to ensure that paid campaigns effectively reach the right audience, drive engagement or conversions, and deliver measurable ROI for the business or client.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

· Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop compelling ad copy to maximize performance.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve CTR (Click-Through Rate) and conversion rates.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ads align with overall campaigns and brand objectives.

· Research and evaluate competitor ad strategies and industry trends to inform campaign improvements.

· Generate clear and insightful reports on ad performance, with recommendations for optimization.

· Stay updated on changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices to ensure campaign success.

Qualification and Experience:

· 1+ years of proven experience managing PPC and digital ad campaigns.

· Strong knowledge of advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive campaign improvements.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience in working for the UK market is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Reporting Line:

Will report to the Social Media Manager

Work mode:

Work from Office.

Shift Time:

10AM – 7PM (Monday-Friday)

Location:

Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.

Salary:
