We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Adoption & Change Management Practitioner with a strong focus on Knowledge Management on behalf of and in support to our client at their location in Frascati, Italy. The selected candidate will support the client organisation in driving user adoption of digital workplace solutions while ensuring the continuous improvement, quality, and relevance of their knowledge base.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping people adapt to new ways of working, maintaining high quality knowledge content, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at the interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Knowledge Management:
• Maintain, update, and improve knowledge articles across the organisation’s knowledge base;
• Ensure knowledge content remains accurate, relevant, user friendly, and aligned with governance standards (e.g., review cycles, content quality criteria);
• Partner with service owners and subject matter experts to gather, structure, and publish information;
• Monitor article performance (views, feedback, outdated content) and propose improvements;
• Assist in user feedback analysis to identify content gaps and priority areas.
Adoption & Change Management:
• Support change initiatives by preparing communication and user centric documentation and videos;
• Collaborate with project teams to understand change impacts and translate them into clear, actionable knowledge content;
• Provide support during deployments or tool updates, including drafting FAQs, helping guides, and communication assets;
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
