About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Adobe Solutions Architect to serve as the most senior technical voice across our Adobe Experience Cloud engagements. This is a cross-platform, enterprise-level role — spanning the full Adobe ecosystem and responsible for connecting strategy, data, and technology into cohesive, scalable solutions.

You'll work across multiple Adobe products simultaneously, owning the technical vision, governance, and architecture alignment that underpins how our clients' digital ecosystems perform. This isn't a single-product specialist role — it's for someone who can see the whole board.

The Impact You'll Make

As the senior technical lead on enterprise Adobe engagements, you will:

• Define and own the end-to-end Adobe solution architecture across client environments

• Ensure cross-product integration is seamless, scalable, and aligned to business objectives

• Serve as the primary technical authority in client conversations, workshops, and executive briefings

• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution — translating complex requirements into elegant, achievable designs

• Champion technical governance and best practices across all Adobe implementations

Core Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design of multi-product Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, integrating across AEP, AEM, Marketo, Analytics, Target, and beyond

• Define cross-platform data flow strategy — from ingestion and transformation through to activation and measurement

• Architect solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to enterprise technology standards

• Produce high-quality solution design documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps

Enterprise Integration & Governance

• Establish and enforce technical governance frameworks across client Adobe ecosystems

• Ensure consistent data architecture principles are applied across all integrated products

• Define standards for identity management, data taxonomy, and platform configuration

• Identify and mitigate technical risk across complex, multi-workstream programmes

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the most senior technical voice on projects — advising CTO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders

• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical recommendations

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client technology and digital teams

Team Leadership & Enablement

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solutions architects, developers, and data engineers

• Review and approve technical designs produced by other team members

• Collaborate with programme managers, strategists, and experience leads to align technical and business workstreams

• Contribute to internal capability building — developing best practices, frameworks, and knowledge assets

What You'll Bring

Essential Experience

• Senior-level, hands-on experience across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products

• Deep expertise across two or more of the following:

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — Sites and/or Assets

• Marketo Engage — Marketing Automation & Lead Management

• Adobe Analytics — Implementation, data layer design, and reporting architecture

• Adobe Target — Personalisation and A/B testing strategy

• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale, cross-platform Adobe solutions

• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and API-led connectivity

• Experience defining technical governance standards in complex enterprise environments

• Comfortable as the senior technical lead in client-facing settings — including C-suite and VP-level engagement

• Excellent communication skills — able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

• Adobe certification(s) across one or more Experience Cloud products

• Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment, managing multiple clients simultaneously

• Familiarity with complementary platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, CDP alternatives)

• Background in digital experience strategy or martech consulting

• Experience leading technical teams of 5+ people across multi-workstream programmes

• Programme and delivery managers — ensuring architecture supports delivery timelines and scope

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
