Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Architect and implement headless, hybrid, and traditional CMS solutions using AEM Sites and Assets
Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and Magento Commerce for end-to-end digital experience delivery.
Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
Participate in architectural reviews and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments on cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets, Workflows).
Hands-on Vibe Code is added advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong proficiency in Java, JCR, Sling, OSGi, Sightly/HTL, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React, Vue.js, and integration with AEM.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Analytics, Target, Campaign, Marketo, Magento.
Exposure to cloud hosting models and data residency requirements (e.g., GCP, AWS).
Experience in building scalable, multi-tenant solutions for global clients.
Adobe certification preferred (AEC, AEM Architect, Developer).
