We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineerto join our Engagement Funnel Team of Customer Interactions Tribe and Brand Eperience CoE

The responsibility of this team is to implement a net gen Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid.

We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones. Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineeryou will:

Positively contribute to the successful migration of our legacy marketing automation platform to Adobe Eperience Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maimum business value.

Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities.

Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth.

Provide technical guidance, maintenance and support during implementation, testing, and post-migration phases.

Proven track record and technical skills

Essential:
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics – Strong understanding of data analysis and customer journey insights. Design of dashboards and reports• Tag Management Systems – Eperience with Tealium or similar tag managers for data collection and integration. Consent • Consent Management Platforms – Familiarity with Didomi or equivalent tools for managing user consent and privacy compliance.

Hands-on eperience with Adobe Eperience Platform knowledge, focused on Adobe RT-CDP
Adobe DM Data Modelling and E/R modelling knowledge
ETL & Functional Knowledge
CI/CD: Azure DevOps eperience
Azure and/or other cloud environments
Strong vendor eperience with Testing (Unit, Integration, end-to-end, smoke)
Best practices in testing
Nice to have:

Eperience with relational databases (Oracle) and SQL / PLSQL knowledge
Data Engineering & Data mesh background
Uni scripting & Python eperience
Event Driven architectural patterns
Spark & PySpark knowledge

Estamos buscando a un/a Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro Engagement Funnel Team de la Customer Interactions Tribe y el Brand Eperience CoE.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es implementar una plataforma de Engagement Funnel de nueva generación, que proporcione escalabilidad e hiperpersonalización a nuestras personas clientas. Nuestro modelo de trabajo es híbrido.

Trabajamos siguiendo un proceso Biz‑Dev‑Ops, creemos firmemente en el enfoque Agile para entregar soluciones IT y nos centramos en desarrollos de alta calidad, críticos y orientados a objetivos, con hitos regulares. Las entregas se basan en las prioridades definidas por Business y Product Owners, trabajando día a día con la organización IT.

Como Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Engineer, deberás:

Contribuir de forma positiva a la migración con éito de nuestra plataforma legacy de marketing automation hacia Adobe Eperience Platform, garantizando la mínima disrupción y el máimo valor para el negocio.
Co-crear soluciones innovadoras con equipos cross‑funcionales para optimizar los flujos de trabajo de marketing y mejorar el engagement mediante capacidades avanzadas de automatización.
Asegurar la integridad de los datos, el rendimiento del sistema y el cumplimiento durante todo el proceso de migración, implementando buenas prácticas de escalabilidad y crecimiento futuro.
Proporcionar guía técnica, mantenimiento y soporte durante la implementación, testing y fases posteriores a la migración.

Eperiencia demostrable y habilidades técnicas

Esenciales:

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics – Fuerte entendimiento del análisis de datos y de insights del customer journey. Diseño de dashboards y reports.
Tag Management Systems – Eperiencia con Tealium u otros tag managers para recopilación e integración de datos. Consent.
Consent Management Platforms – Familiaridad con Didomi o herramientas equivalentes para la gestión del consentimiento y cumplimiento de privacidad.
Eperiencia práctica con Adobe Eperience Platform, centrada en Adobe RT‑CDP.
Conocimiento de Adobe DM Data Modelling y modelado E/R.
Conocimiento ETL & funcional.
CI/CD: eperiencia con Azure DevOps.
Azure y/o otros entornos cloud.
Amplia eperiencia con testing (Unit, Integration, End‑to‑End, Smoke).
Buenas prácticas en testing.
