Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Counselor to join our Mississauga campus team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and supporting enrollment growth.

Requirements:
• Counsel prospective students on program options, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person appointments
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions
• Support students with application documentation and registration processes
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/admissions systems
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Meet enrollment and outreach targets while maintaining a high level of student service
• Previous experience in admissions, student services, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic database/CRM tools
• Passion for helping students succeed
