Position: Admissions & Career Counsellor

📍 Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site, Ahmedabad)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated professional with strong communication and counselling skills to support admissions, candidate engagement, and enrollment activities for SAP Training and Project Programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, guiding candidates toward career opportunities, and contributing to business growth through admissions and enrollments.

Candidates with basic knowledge or understanding of SAP, ERP, IT training, or education counselling will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Counsel candidates regarding SAP Training, Project Experience Programs, and career opportunities.
• Explain program structure, benefits, schedules, and enrollment procedures professionally.
• Follow up with interested candidates and assist them through the registration process.
• Maintain student databases, inquiry records, and admission status reports.
• Coordinate with trainers, faculty, and head office teams for onboarding and scheduling.
• Support promotional activities, orientation sessions, and local outreach events.
• Achieve enrollment targets through effective counselling and relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in counselling and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of SAP, ERP, IT training, or professional education programs preferred.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, Excel, data entry).
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operational activities efficiently.
• Prior experience in admissions, counselling, tele calling, education sales, or training coordination is an added advantage.
