We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor with experience in Cambridge and International Curriculum schools. This role involves managing the complete admissions lifecycle—from initial inquiry to enrollment—while building strong relationships with prospective parents and students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of international education frameworks, and a results-driven approach to admissions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Parent Engagement & Counseling
• Counsel parents and students on Cambridge / International curricula, academic pathways, and co-curricular offerings.
• Conduct campus tours, virtual information sessions, and one-on-one counseling meetings.
• Clearly explain admission procedures, fee structures, and school policies to prospective families.
Lead Management & Conversions
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and digital platforms.
• Nurture prospective leads through regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual admission targets.
Admission Process Coordination
• Manage the end-to-end admissions process including application review, documentation, assessments, and registrations.
• Coordinate with academic teams for entrance interactions or evaluations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in CRM or admission management systems.
Events & Outreach
• Support and participate in open houses, parent orientation programs, and school marketing events.
• Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to admission policies and international curriculum guidelines.
Candidate Profile
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions within Cambridge or International curriculum schools.
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) framework is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, counseling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent parent-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with disciplined follow-up practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
