Admission Counsellor - Apna Advantage (Fresher- Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships.
• Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, and assist in converting leads into enrollments.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
• Follow up on applications and enrollment confirmations in coordination with the admissions team.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:
• Any Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills.
• Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling.
• Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off.
• Basic understanding of education systems and career pathways (training provided).
