Just as no two of our riders are the same, no two days in this role are the same either. Your main responsibility will be contracting new riders and supporting them in getting started. You will do this in a supportive environment surrounded by helpful colleagues who are always ready to answer your questions.
What is the role about?
In this position, you will play a key role in contracting new members of our rider fleet and supporting our onboarding process.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining written and verbal communication with riders
• Completing administrative tasks required for riders to start providing their services
• Contributing to overall rider satisfaction
• Managing documentation related to rider gear
• Interpreting and representing rider feedback, and sharing it with relevant departments and management
• Handling documentation related to the termination of rider services and ensuring the necessary follow-up actions
• Supporting the development of educational materials and initiatives for rider partners
• Proactively escalating issues to your direct supervisor, together with suggested solutions
• High school diploma
• Native-level Hungarian and intermediate English language skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to react quickly and flexibly to changing situations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
