Revere Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Administrator to lead the operational, financial, and strategic success two family medicine clinics. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about driving performance, improving patient outcomes, and supporting physician leadership.
Position Summary
The Administrator is responsible for directing and coordinating the operational, financial, personnel, and strategic planning efforts of the Spanish Fork Family/Urgent Care and Hobble Creek. This individual partners closely with Physician Leadership and works collaboratively with Service Line Direct and Clinic leadership teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Master’s degree (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or business services
At least 2 years of management experience
Physician practice management experience (preferred)
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
