Responsibilities / Tasks
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries, via ticket systems, chat, calls, and emails, escalating to other HR teams when necessary.
• Administer employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP) with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare and generate HR documents, certificates, letters, templates, and reports.
• Document process changes and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, and standards to deliver an outstanding employee experience.
• Support payroll and other HR operational teams as needed.
• Monitor and meet service level agreements, operational KPIs, and other performance indicators; identify and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team to share best practices and continuously optimize processes.
Your Profile / Qualifications
• Apprenticeship (Ausbildung), University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent professional training or experience (minimum 2 years).
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in HR operations, administration, or data management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French. Italian is an advantage
• PC-savvy with the ability to quickly learn HR systems; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and MS Office is a plus.
