Administrator - Maintenance
Location: Grimsby
Salary: £9,828.00 per annum
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent (15 Hours per week, over 3 days)

About the Role
To provide administration support to the Maintenance and Property team.
General Tasks
Answer telephone calls in a professional manner; deal with and direct them as necessary
Update property/maintenance data as required
Manage maintenance diaries to ensure works are being carried out in a timely and effective manner
Liaise with landlords, contractors and tenants for work to be completed
Ensure all property files are up to date
Ensure property risk information is accurate and up to date
Arrange property set ups and clear outs for handbacks
Arranging access to properties
Ensure all paperwork is update for PAT testing and visual health and safety checks
Carry out other admin duties in relation to the compliance of the property
Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Excel and Word
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
Good communication skills in person as well as over the phone and email
