El área de Customer Care es responsable por brindar soporte y atender cada una de las solicitudes de los clientes a los que se les brinda servicios.

Job Description

Esta posición trabaja en jornada 5X2 y es 100% presencial.

Apoyar la ejecución de servicios relacionados con la gestión de terminales, el control de las bodegas a cargo, así como tareas administrativas requeridas para el funcionamiento de la oficina. Se encarga de:

• Gestionar envío de equipos a diferentes depedencias
• Recepción de equipos reparados
• Envío y seguimiento de presupuestos de reparación
• Recepción de equipos devueltos por clientes.
• Control de existencias e inventario de repuestos de terminales en bodegas a cargo
• Inventario de existencias
• Recepción de importación
• Recepción de equipos y accesorios enviados para inventario.
• Apoyo técnico para instalación de radios en dependencias de oficina y terreno.
• Apoyo técnico en programación de equipos de radiocomunicaciones.
• Realizar atención a publico en caso que aplico
• Control ordenes de servicio
• Emisión de guías de despacho
• Preparar equipos para asignaciones contratistas
• Desarrollar gestiones de compras dentro de la región donde desempeñe sus funciones conduciendo vehículos de la empresa
• Gestiones de documentación, traslado y movimiento de vehiculos

Basic Requirements

• Estudios técnicos en Logistica / Administracion o Afin
• Al menos 2 años relevante
• Deseable Manejo de herramientas tipo ERP (como Microsoft Dynamics, Jotform).  Deseable Microsoft Office (los packetes de office), Google Workspace, otros relevantes al inventario.
