Requisitos

Experiencia previa de 2-3 años llevando contabilidad interna o en gestoría.

Dominio avanzado de Holded (especialmente módulo de Diario, Mayor y Conciliación).

Manejo experto de Excel (tablas dinámicas y cruce de datos).

Capacidad analítica para detectar errores, duplicidades y descuadres.

Autonomía y proactividad para resolver incidencias sin supervisión constante.

Conocimientos sólidos del Plan General Contable y fiscalidad básica.

Funciones

Contabilización diaria y analítica de facturas (compras, ventas y gastos).

Conciliación bancaria diaria para asegurar que la tesorería real cuadra con Holded.

Revisión exhaustiva de cierres mensuales para evitar errores de gestoría.

Control de gastos y reclamación de facturas pendientes a proveedores.

Elaboración de informes de reporte en Excel para gerencia.

Ofrecemos
