Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily business functions, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring organizational processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, has advanced Excel skills, and is able to analyze data in bulk and provide accurate conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Operations on daily tracking
• Audits with bulk data
• Prepare Excel sheets for payroll
• Report relevant findings
• Staff Rotation
• Projections
• Correspondence
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Operations, Administration, or a similar support role
• Strong Organization and time management skill
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient on Excel (Office Sheets) and business systems/tools
