We currently have a vacancy for a Bid Assistant to offer his/her services in Athens. Ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of French will be highly appreciated.
Responsibilities and tasks
You will perform and oversee a diverse set of administrative pre-sales activities, ensuring the submission of tenders, bids, offers and proposals to national and international clients:
• Identification of administrative requirements and scheduling of the necessary actions;
• Collection and preparation of administrative certificates/documentation (e.g. financial and legal documents, etc.) in coordination with internal departments;
• Ensure compliance and consistency across all bid documents and collateral, aligned with bid requirements;
• Work with key members of individual bid teams to support the delivery of compliant tenders;
• Provision of advanced assistance and secretarial support services (e.g. sampling of proposals, problem solving, review and control of correspondence, information research, etc.);
• Updating a database of project references, CVs and supporting documents;
• Performing new tenders search, registering and maintaining company accounts for online tender portals, highlighting and monitoring new opportunities relevant to company business scope;
• Maintenance of the department’s files, archives and records.
Requirements:
• University Degree or MSc in Business Administration or Economics, Social Studies, Information Technology;
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written);
• Excellent use of MS Office;
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills with approachable, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude;
• Flexible, service-orientated, team player, proactive self-starter, focused on high quality and high productivity;
• Career-oriented personality, interested to build a successful career path.
