Job Description

En Solvo buscamos un Administrative & Provider Support Assistant para brindar soporte operativo y servicio al cliente a proveedores médicos, clientes corporativos e injured workers. Este rol asegura una gestión precisa de reclamos, comunicación efectiva y coordinación de servicios médicos dentro del marco del workers’ compensation.
Responsabilidades principales
Atender llamadas entrantes y dirigirlas al personal interno correspondiente. Brindar interpretación en español–inglés cuando sea necesario. Registrar nuevos reclamos utilizando el sistema Klear.ai. Indexar y organizar correspondencia entrante, anexándola al reclamo correcto y asignando tareas a los adjusters. Contactar proveedores médicos para confirmar si continúan aceptando pacientes de workers’ compensation. Programar evaluaciones médicas y enviar notificaciones a los pacientes lesionados. Brindar servicios de Medical Access Assistant dentro del Medical Provider Network. Coordinar el envío o recolección de equipo médico con clientes de DCM antes o después de procedimientos médicos.
Requisitos Requisitos indispensables
Inglés C1 (con énfasis en comunicación telefónica y escrita). Bachillerato o GED. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en:
seguros, call center, soporte administrativo, o roles similares.
Dominio de herramientas digitales:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Chrome, CRM / sistemas administrativos.
Habilidades técnicas
Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de reclamos. Excelente precisión en digitación y manejo de datos.
Habilidades blandas
Organización y multitarea. Comunicación clara y profesional. Atención al detalle. Excelencia en servicio al cliente. Habilidad para resolver problemas.
