Coordinate and follow up with department leads (billing, front desk, marketing, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed.
Create and update checklists, forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business and patient information.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a medical practice, healthcare operations, or healthcare administration role.
Understanding of medical office workflows, terminology, and compliance.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
