Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operations & Administrative Support Specialist based in Argentina. This role is perfect for individuals with strong digital skills, a high capacity for learning, and an outgoing, positive personality.
Experience: Experience with Zoho and similar tools is a plus but not required. We value candidates who are eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable with training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily administrative tasks across Operations, HR, Client Services, and Finance
• Update systems, track hours, sessions, and client information
• Assist with HR processes including resume screening, onboarding tasks, and calendar coordination
• Support basic finance and subscription-related tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed
