About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead and strengthen the administrative operations of the German entity. This is a high-impact position within the organization, combining operational oversight with strategic support to local leadership.

Beyond managing administrative processes, this role plays a critical part in ensuring internal alignment, operational transparency, and cross-cultural cohesion within a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full administrative management of the German entity.
• Monitor and control operational expenses and payments.
• Track incoming and outgoing payments to ensure financial visibility.
• Maintain administrative and legal documentation, including contracts and compliance records.
• Support vendor management and operational process control.
• Implement and maintain structured administrative systems.
• Act as the local operational support to the Finance Director.
• Ensure organization and transparency across administrative processes.
• Contribute to a collaborative and stable working environment within a multicultural team.

Profile

• Background in administration, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience handling legal-administrative processes.
• Strong understanding of financial flows and expense control (technical accounting execution not required).
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German is strongly preferred.
