Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, driven Administrative Manager to oversee key internal functions including finance, administrative operations, and IT coordination. Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Oversee timekeeping and coordination with an external payroll provider
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Build, improve, and document finance systems and processes
Ensure financial accuracy, organization, and compliance
Administrative & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions
Create structure, workflows, and documentation for internal processes
Support leadership by keeping operations organized and running smoothly
Act as a central point of coordination across departments
IT & Systems Coordination
Oversee internal tools, software, and systems
Coordinate with external IT or system vendors as needed
Troubleshoot basic operational system issues and ensure efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative management
Strong experience with AR/AP and financial operations
Experience in a service-based business (plumbing, HVAC, construction, or similar) is a plus
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and wearing multiple hats
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
