What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll play a primary role in keeping our sales and service operations running smoothly while delivering qualitative customer experience:
Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customer orders and service work
Collaborate closely with field technicians and account managers to validate client details and ensure quote accuracy
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to services, billing, and documentation
Manage administrative processes including technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing
Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service in every interaction
Provide ongoing administrative support to Branch and Regional teams as needed
Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in all activities.

What You Bring:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service or administrative environment (industrial, construction, or technical service industry preferred)
An educational background in fire protection, construction, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered
Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused
Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
