Oasis Turf & Tree is a rapidly growing lawn care company seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. This is a mid-level role designed for someone who has experience managing administrative processes, coordinating schedules, and working with operational and financial data.
This is not an entry-level customer service position. We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of key administrative functions, work independently, and contribute to improving efficiency across the organization.

Schedule
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
Compensation
$20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage scheduling for field technicians across multiple service routes
Own accounts receivable processes, including tracking, follow-up, and reconciliation
Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel to support daily decision-making
Serve as a key liaison between office staff and field teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle inbound communication (calls, emails, texts) with professionalism and efficiency
Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Maintain accurate records and reporting across administrative systems
Qualifications & Requirements
2–4+ years of administrative experience in a professional office or operations environment (required)
Experience with scheduling, logistics, or coordination (required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) — including data organization, filtering, and basic formulas
Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or financial tracking preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven reliability and consistent attendance
Important Note
This role requires prior administrative or operations experience.
Candidates with only retail or food service customer service experience will not meet the qualifications for this position.
