1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AM
Essential Functions:
Print and assemble job packets for production, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Review documentation for completeness and compliance with internal procedures before release to manufacturing.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Engineering, and Quality to resolve any missing or unclear information prior to release.
Track and log packet releases and maintain associated documentation for traceability.
Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for job packets and related records.
Support the Account Management team by preparing customer-specific documents and reports as needed.
Assist with document routing, revisions, and updates related to customer orders and internal processes.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery of customer orders.
Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
Performs other duties with the ability to prioritize according to demand.
Competency:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with consistency and care.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems a plus.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
Must be respectful and display a positive attitude
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
Minimum 0-1 years of related experience
