We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership while helping maintain the day-to-day flow of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and takes pride in keeping executives organized, prepared, and operating efficiently.
This position primarily supports two senior executives and requires an in-office presence three days per week.
What You Bring:
• 2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive mindset with excellent follow-through
• High level of professionalism and comfort working with senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and calendar management
• Resourceful, adaptable, and solution-oriented
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
• Provide dedicated administrative support to two senior executives, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Help ensure executives are prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and travel
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, anticipating logistics and materials as needed
• Assist with travel arrangements, expense submissions, and document preparation
• Manage shifting priorities with discretion and strong judgment
• Serve as a reliable partner by staying one step ahead of leadership needs
Office & Team Support
• Maintain a consistent in-office presence to support daily operations and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors
• Assist with meeting setup, deliveries, and general office coordination
• Partner with the People Ops team on onboarding logistics, scheduling support, and select internal initiatives
• Provide additional administrative support as business needs evolve
Annual Compensation:
$70K - $75K (commensurate with experience)
