The Office Technical Assistant will manage all aspects of account administration after the business is bound, including internal coordination and client/carrier-facing tasks such as processing endorsements, issuing binders and invoices, collecting and filing documents, checking policies, and following up on outstanding information.
Location & Schedule
• Location: On-site in Medellín, Colombia
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• English Level: B2+ / C1
Key Responsibilities
• Process new business submissions internally
• Prepare binders, invoices, and policy delivery letters
• Organize and maintain bound policy files
• Draft endorsement letters (money and non-money) and handle invoicing
• Assist with suspense items and claims requests
• Prepare renewal files by obtaining applications and loss runs
• Coordinate correspondence with agents and carriers
• Support claims handling and loss run requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience: 1–2 years in administrative, executive, or customer service support
• Basic knowledge of insurance; insurance experience is a plus
• English Advanced (C1)
