We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Office Services team. This role is essential to supporting daily operations across departments and maintaining a professional, efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Provide front desk reception coverage with a warm, professional demeanor
Greet clients, visitors, and staff and manage visitor logs and check-in procedures
Perform electronic filing in various county portals
Sort and deliver incoming mail and correspondence
Assist with scanning, copying, and filing of documents
Distribute electronic filings and communications across departments
Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in kitchen and copier areas
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
1–3 years of experience in office support, administrative services, or reception
Prior experience in legal or professional services environments is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and discreetly
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and operate standard office equipment
Manual dexterity for handling documents and data entry
Visual and auditory acuity for reading materials and responding to calls
Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
Mobility to navigate office spaces and access supplies
Clear speech for effective communication with clients and staff
