Position Summary
Yellow Tree Property Management is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily corporate office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Essential Functions
Front Desk & Office Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Coordinate conference room scheduling and office calendar needs
Office Management & Administrative Support
Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and branded materials
Manage vendor relationships for office services (copiers, phones, etc.)
Support leadership team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination
Assist with company-wide communications and internal announcements
Event Planning & Culture Support
Plan and coordinate company events, including the annual holiday party and other team gatherings throughout the year
Manage event logistics including venue coordination, catering, invitations, décor, and day-of execution
Partner with leadership to support employee retention initiatives and special events
Track event budgets and ensure smooth, well-organized experiences
Technology & Onboarding Support
Set up workstations, laptops, and basic system access for new hires
Maintain inventory of office equipment and technology
Provide light troubleshooting support and coordinate with IT vendors as needed
General Administrative Support
Assist with special projects and cross-departmental needs
Maintain organized records and documentation
Experience & Skills
2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with event planning or coordination strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
