Job Description
FranNet is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple departments within our growing organization. This role will provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Franchise Owner Development, operational support to the Director of Operations during key initiatives and deadlines, and executive assistance support to the President on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and follow-through are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, follow-up communications, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
Assist with document management, legal review coordination, filings, and operational tracking during critical business timelines
Support internal meetings, projects, and company events as needed
Help maintain organized records, workflows, and communication processes across departments
Provide executive assistance support to the President on select projects and priorities
Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely follow-through on action items
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and discretion
High level of initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and comfortability in leveraging AI platforms to enhance workflows
Experience supporting executives, operations, or administrative functions preferred
About the Role
This is a full-time remote position with a salary of $70,000 annually. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a reliable operational partner, keeping teams organized, and helping leadership stay focused on high-impact priorities.
