At Exactly, we offer all the services foreigners need when living and working in Spain. Our clients are mainly from the UK and the Netherlands. We provide accounting and tax services to businesses and offer mandatory tax declaration support for individuals.

For our office in Altea, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our accountants by handling various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for processing invoices and receipts accurately in the general ledger and assisting in the digitisation of documents through scanning and archiving.

Your work will ease the burden on our accountants, allowing them to focus on more complex tasks.

Responsibilities
Process invoices and receipts in the general ledger.
Scan and archive documents.
Support accountants with repetitive administrative tasks.
Ensure accurate and efficient administrative workflows.
Requirements
Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
Accurate and detail-oriented working style.

Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Reliable and hardworking.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
