City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a professional ( Bilingual ) Administrative Assistant for our franchise location in Indianapolis, IN.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $20
Schedule: 8:30-5pm Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
• Assist walk-ins with all necessary information needed.
• Chemical and Equipment walk-in sales, prep orders, put away chemical orders.
• Collect any deliveries/packages. Unloading and stocking truck deliveries.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading.
• Answer and direct all phone calls.
• Perform general clerical duties including copying, faxing, mailing, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assisting with scheduling or calendar management.
• Coordinate with the Accounting, Operations, and Sales team as needed.
• Help coordinate and facilitate maintenance requests.
• Other job duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Education & Job Skills Requirements:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage areas of responsibility.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
