This part time role includes administrative and housekeeping functions.
Tasks include:
Cleaning and restocking exam rooms
Cleaning and organizing family room, exam rooms, bathroom, intake area, education room, laundry room, storage areas, kitchen, break room, offices and birth suites
Stocking and inventory and supplies and linens
Laundry
Maintaining cleaning and stocking logs
Preparing birth suites for tours
Answering phones in a professional manner
Scheduling patient appointments and taking messages
Scanning documents
Sending appointment and health history reminder texts to patients.
Communicating with other medical practices and obtaining medical records
Sterilizing instruments and operating autoclave
Cleaning children's play area and sanitizing toys
Outside porch and flowerbed maintenance
Upkeep wardrobe selection for Gertie, our famous porch goose
