Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cairo, Zahraa El Maadi

Reports To: HRBP

Job Brief

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our AirNXT Egypt office. This role is essential for ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, act as the first point of contact for our office, and provide crucial support to the team.

Core Responsibilities

• Office Administration:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, stationery, and equipment.

• Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, maintenance services, and couriers.

• Ensure the office environment is organized, and well-maintained.

• Administrative Support:

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.

• Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.

• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for the team as needed.

• Prepare and process expense reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

• Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• High level of professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
