Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support daily operations within a small CPA firm serving both business and individual tax clients. This role combines administrative support with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
What You’ll Do
• Provide administrative support to accounting and tax staff
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and record maintenance
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Organize client files and maintain accurate financial records
• Support office operations and client communications
• Assist with additional tasks as needed during busy tax seasons
Requirements
• Prior administrative and/or bookkeeping experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to work in a small team environment
