As part of Bosch Power Tools, you will help set global standards with innovative products for craft, industry, home, and garden. 50% Team and Office Support:
► Administrative Support: Assisting with the procurement process for office supplies, incentives, and other team needs through internal purchasing systems
► Supplier Communication: Communicating with suppliers, and monitoring the status of orders, invoices, and payments
► Event Organization: Planning and organizing team meetings, workshops, and other internal events
► Content Updates: Maintaining the department's internal pages (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint), blogs, and documents
► New Hire Support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new team members
► Reporting: Preparing simple reports and gathering data as per management's requirements
► General Support: Handling various administrative inquiries within the department
50% Project Team Support:
► Communication Assistance: Supporting communication with stakeholders and forwarding inquiries to senior project team members
► Project Documentation: Assisting in the preparation, organization, and archiving of project documentation (plans, reports, minutes of meetings) in line with company standards
► Task Tracking: Providing support to the project coordinator in tracking the status of tasks and deadlines
► Report Preparation: Gathering information from team members and helping draft project status reports
► Meeting Organization: Scheduling project meetings, taking notes, and distributing the minutes
► Testing Team Support: Providing administrative and logistical support to the testing team (e.g., tracking reported bugs, scheduling meetings)
► Task Execution: Performing smaller, assigned tasks within the project scope, under mentorship and supervision
► Final-year student or graduate in Management, Economics, Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
► Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
► Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
► Strong organizational and time-management skills
► A structured and methodical approach to work
► Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and tools
► Analytical abilities and an aptitude for problem-solving
► Reliability, proactivity, and a team-player spirit
► Willingness to learn and grow professionally
