Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of facilities and general administrative services across the organization.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall readiness of company facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in line with company standards.
• Monitor service performance and address operational issues related to facilities or administrative services in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper management and tracking of company assets and administrative resources.
• Support the implementation and improvement of administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide administrative support to internal departments and ensure efficient coordination of operational requirements.
• Assist in managing administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Supervise administrative staff when applicable and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in administrative affairs, facilities coordination, or general administration, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in facilities coordination, administrative services, and vendor follow-up.
• The ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations.
