Busquem un/a Administratiu/va de Customer Service per incorporar-se a un equip proper, col·laboratiu i amb moltes ganes de fer les coses bé.
Què faràs en el teu dia a dia?

Un rol dinàmic, amb varietat de tasques:

Gestió de comandes de clients.

Seguiment i resolució d’incidències.

Control i gestió de dipòsits.

Seguiment d’incidències relacionades amb els dipòsits.

Control d’estoc.

Gestió d’arxiu físic i digital.

Suport administratiu a diferents processos de l’àrea.
Què busquem en tu?

CFGS en Administració o formació similar.

Experiència mínima d’1 any en funcions administratives semblants (valorable).

Català i castellà imprescindibles.

Bon domini d’eines informàtiques.

Coneixements de:

Comptabilitat bàsica

Facturació

Abonaments i devolucions

Gestió de clients

Fiscalitat bàsica
Què t’oferim?

Contracte indefinit des del primer dia.

Jornada completa.

Horari que ajuda a conciliar:

Dilluns a dijous de 8 a 17 h

Divendres de 8 a 15 h (amb torn rotatiu algun divendres fins a les 17 h)

Guàrdia un dissabte cada mes i mig (des de casa i remunerada).

Teletreball: 2 dies a la setmana.

Ubicació: comarca de la Garrotxa (Girona).
