About the Role

Monash Health Specialist Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Clinic Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will provide first line leadership to the administration team, working closely with the Administration Manager to ensure efficient and high quality administrative services. As the Administration Clinic Coordinator, you will:

Supervise clerical and administrative staff within Specialist Consulting (Outpatients)

Assist in managing staff rosters and annual leave quotas

Deliver training for new staff and ongoing development for existing team members

Produce and analyse patient booking reports, ensuring accuracy and supporting staff in error correction

Attend and contribute to departmental meetings

Support the preparation and facilitation of monthly team meetings

Maintain high standards of professionalism in patient reception and appointment booking

You are a confident and organised professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting teams in a healthcare setting. You are committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional patient service.
