About the role:
Opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Property group in our Melbourne Office. Responsibilities include:
Responsible for the day to day running of administration duties relating to property conveyancing and development files and general real estate work
File management and administration assistance for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase files as well as subdivision and large scale development matters
Editing of documentation and correspondence
Conducting on-line searches and enquires
Following up with banks, financial institutions and all stakeholders on all conveyancing and development matters
Updating legal database records
Assisting with diary management and end of month billing
Assisting with opening and closing files
PEXA administrative duties
Assisting with investments
Returning deposits as required
About you:
2+ years previous experience ideally in a professional services environment (highly desirable)
Excellent client service
High attention to detail and an eye for detail
Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills
Strong research and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products and iManage or similar document management system
