Administration Assistant - Entry-Level Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level Administration Assistant to join our team at our corporate Head Office based at Gepps Cross. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver who is eager to learn, grow and gain experience in a supportive work environment.

In this role, you will assist our office staff with a variety of daily administrative tasks. You will be an important part of keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a rare opportunity for the right individual to commence their career journey!

We are looking for someone who is professionally presented, with a great attitude and willingness to learn. No previous office experience is required, you will receive full training and be joining a market-leading business.

This role will commence in 2026 and is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

Supporting the team with administrative duties as needed
Covering reception, answering incoming phone calls and directing messages
Responding to emails and assisting with basic enquiries
Electronic and hard copy filing, photocopying and scanning, archiving
Maintaining the office, ensuring it is professionally presented at all times

About you:

Friendly, well-spoken and respectful
Strong work ethic, eager to learn new skills, with excellent attention to detail
Professional presentation and manner
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Comfortable using a computer, familiar with Office 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Keen interest in office administration and commencing your career
Successful completion of Year 12
