The Opportunity
The Administration & Business Operations Executive will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Singapore team. This role plays a key part in ensuring day-to-day business functions run smoothly through effective coordination, communication, and resource management. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the ideal candidate will be confident making front-line decisions and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance service quality, ensure the timely delivery of goods, and provide exceptional customer support.
Please note: This position requires applicants to hold Singapore citizenship or permanent residency (no Employment Pass or S Pass sponsorship available).
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and events for team members.
Prepare and maintain business documents, sales reports, and presentations.
Support general office operations and assist with implementing internal processes and procedures.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the key liaison between the sales team, internal departments, external vendors, and customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and troubleshooting across various communication channels.
Monitor and manage open support tickets to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with external logistics providers to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
Data & Resource Management
Maintain databases, records, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy.
Track budgets, expenses, and procurement-related documentation.
About you
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
Apply a people-first approach in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Excellent self-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
