💼 Jouw rol als Administratief Medewerker

Je maakt deel uit van het Institute for Applied Chromatography (I.A.C.), een gespecialiseerd labo binnen SGS dat zich toelegt op de bepaling van dioxines en metalen in voeding- en milieustalen (bodem, water en lucht).

Als Administratief Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat alle administratieve processen rond deze labo-analyses vlekkeloos verlopen.

📚 Wat ga je doen?

• Registreren, inschrijven en verwerken van inkomende milieu- en voedingsstalen
• Opstellen van correcte werkopdrachten voor onze laboranten
• Klantenvragen beantwoorden via mail & telefoon
• Opstellen van analyserapporten, certificaten en facturen
• Plaatsen van bestellingen en overige administratieve ondersteuning

✅ Wat breng jij mee?

• Bachelor in een administratieve of wetenschappelijke richting (chemie, biochemie, biologie, voedingsleer, agro- en biotechnologie) of relevante administratieve ervaring in een labo-omgeving
• Je bent een administratieve topper die houdt van nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
• Ervaring in een labo? Grote plus!
• Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en klantgericht
• Gedreven, punctueel en kunnen werken met deadlines
• Perfect Nederlands + vlot Engels
