Binnen de business unit Monitoring & Surveying van SOCOTEC richt jij je op bouwmaatvoering, landmeten en bouwkundige opnames en metingen voorafgaand aan en tijdens diverse bouw- en infraprojecten. Onze organisatie groeit dynamisch en integreert verschillende SOCOTEC-units, waarbij samenwerking centraal staat. In ons team werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten waarin nauwkeurigheid, vakmanschap én persoonlijke ontwikkeling volop kansen krijgen. Er zijn volop doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen SOCOTEC voor wie zich wil ontwikkelen.

Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Administratief Medewerker Facturatie. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige verwerking van onze facturatieprocessen. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze administratieve en financiële stromen kloppen en ondersteunt hiermee de organisatie als geheel.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en vindt het leuk om met cijfers en administratieve processen bezig te zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

• Opstellen, controleren en verwerken van facturen
• Bewaken van facturatieprocessen en signaleren van afwijkingen
• Onderhouden van contact met interne stakeholders over facturatievragen
• Verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens
• Ondersteunen bij administratieve rapportages
• Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige administratie

Wat breng jij mee?

• MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur administratief of financieel gericht
• Ervaring in een administratieve of financiële functie is een pré
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Ervaring met administratieve systemen 
• Beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week
