El administrador de contratos senior deberá desarrollar con fluidez al menos las siguientes actividades: 

• Análisis de la estrategia de contratación, identificando pros y contras de las paquetizaciones planteadas  

• Preparación y revisión de documentos de licitación, identificando posibles exposiciones o áreas de riesgo 

• Sondeo del mercado por posibles participantes y preparación de bidder-list 

• Conducción los procesos licitatorios, manejando las comunicaciones y coordinando a las partes interesadas al interior de la organización del mandante 

• Evaluaciones técnicas y comerciales de ofertas, aportando con análisis rigurosos y fundamentados de los criterios pre-establecidos  

• Análisis de riesgos y FODA de los potenciales adjudicados 

• Conducción la reunión de arranque y reuniones periódicas de seguimiento, enfatizando en asignar y cerrar acciones abiertas 

• Revisión y consolidación de la información requerida al contratista para el inicio del contrato 

• Monitoreo del cumplimiento técnico del contratista en coordinación con áreas pertinentes (ingeniería, construcción, QA/QC) 

• Monitoreo del cumplimiento administrativo del contratista, incluyendo reportabilidad, en coordinación con áreas pertinentes (control de proyecto, H&S), notificando oportunamente los incumplimientos 

• Análisis de desviaciones de avance y respectivos planes de recuperación 

• Revisión y respuesta de correspondencia, con apoyo de especialistas de áreas técnicas o de servicio, según se requiera, manteniendo actualizado el log y registrando los distintos conceptos para posterior trazabilidad de eventos 

• Revisión y aprobación/rechazo de estados de pago, con el apoyo de áreas técnicas y de servicio 

• Procesamiento de solicitudes de cambio y resolver de acuerdo a términos contractuales 

• Actualización de registro de riesgos durante la ejecución de contrato 

• Identificación y levantamiento de alertas internas ante posibles reclamos, buscar su resolución al interior del contrato  

• Comunicación permanente, fluida y respetuosa con contraparte (administrador/a de empresa contratista) 

• Administración de procesos de cierre técnico y financiero 

• Desarrollo de evaluación de contratistas post-ejecución 

• Levantamiento de lecciones aprendidas 

Requerimientos 

• Titulado(a) de Ingeniero civil, construcción civil o equivalente. 

• 15 años de experiencia en proyectos de minería (terreno)  

• Español nativo, inglés fluido (no excluyente)

• Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno en sistema de turnos
