We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional to support day-to-day operational and administrative functions in a fully remote setup. This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while ensuring smooth internal operations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams with effective coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow management
• Maintain and update data records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle routine administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
• Provide operational support and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks
